Nicholas Brendon - "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" - boxer/briefs/speeos
In the only overt underwear scene on the show (with Nicholas) he is shown in boxers (He has a nightmare he shows up to school in his underwear) but ... in the last show of season 6 it sure looks like he is wearing white briefs to me. He is leaning over a hole and almost falls in. When he falls forward someone (or something) is pulling back on his pants so he doesn't actually fall (I doubt the viewing audience is supposed to actually register any of this - scene only lasts a few seconds). Anyway his underwear is fairly exposed and they look like white briefs to me (guess they could be boxer briefs but in my mind they aren't). Also threw in pics of him from episode where he was in a speedo.

Love this stuff and espcially the "white briefs" one. I agree it might not be anything else tan briefs. Boxer briefs were not so popular like today. And bagging his pants was not something usual like today among studients and young guys. You can also imagine this underwear belong to the actor himself, because it looks like accidental glimpse. It may not be written in the script : "Xander is pulled by his belt and his underwear appears".
ReplyDeleteNever seen it, whereas i saw a lot of Buffy episodes just expecting seen Xander or Angel in their underwear. I remember the plain boxers scenes (nice embarrassment), the speedo scene, and another, when Xander is awaken in his student bedroom. Don't remember anything, but we see clothes and one plain white briefs hanging. I think it was supposes to show Xander as nerdish. But the show avoid to expose him directly in briefs.

Look like white briefs to me or also at least in my mind....Damn this guy is HOT!
